We’re proud of where we are today, but our history says it all. We’ve grown from five employees at our family butcher shop to nearly 400 strong. We proudly remain family owned, supplying the finest Angus beef to steakhouses, restaurants, resorts, country clubs, casinos, cruise lines, and sporting venues nationally and internationally. We believe in lifelong partnerships, which is why we have programs like our calf buyback program and offer educational ranch tours to our restaurant partners. It’s why we invest in training our teams and creating a culture everyone can be proud to be a part of. We strive to give everyone the full experience. Everything we do is a cut above.
