Becky Shaw

Director of Administration

Becky joined Meats by Linz in 2002 as Customer Service and Officer Manager and played an integral role in setting up the company’s customer service team, office organization, HR systems, as well as developing marketing materials and support functions. She currently serves as the Director of Administration and oversees customer service, information technology, and compliance – SQF and safety programs. Becky focuses most of her time on creating and managing our sustainability program, safety programs and Canopy assessments and utilization. Prior to her time at Meats by Linz, Becky was the F&B Controller for Buffington Harbor and was an entrepreneur for 13 years, owning her own recruiting firm and two additional businesses.
