Bill Nicholas

Director of Business Development

Bill joined Meats by Linz in 2024 to help scale the business. He is actively involved in building the company culture, providing sales training, managing sales platforms, and implementing new business processes.

With 40 years in the food industry, Bill has a diverse background that includes experience as a restaurant owner, foodservice distributor, and the owner of a food service sales agency. He has held leadership positions such as President of Star Foodservice, Vice President of National Sales at Sysco Corporation, and President of Elite Associates.

In addition to his professional career, Bill has studied martial arts for 60 years. He enjoys working out, playing golf, and volunteering with various charities.
