John Majchrowicz

Chief Sales Officer

John Majchrowicz joined Meats by Linz in 1995 and has been an integral part in the growth and success of the company. During his time here, he has held many roles including Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer and is now our Chief Sales Officer. He leads sales and focuses on business development in national and international markets, as well as recruits, trains, manages and mentors the entire sales team. John started his career in the meat industry in 1982 by taking part in a meat cutting apprenticeship program. After the completion of the program, he worked at G&W Packing in Food Service Production and was a production manager. He eventually transitioned into Food Service Sales at G&W Packing before joining the Meats by Linz team. John proudly grew up on the South Side of Chicago, married his high school sweetheart, and they have two children. When John isn’t running sales for Meats by Linz, he enjoys cooking with his wife of nearly 40 years and traveling internationally to learn more about various cultures. 

Favorite Cut: Prime Center Cut Boneless Strip, Aged for 35 days. Prefers medium-rare with a char crusted blue cheese.
