Robert Oljace
Director of Operations
Robert started working at Meats by Linz in 2011 as a shipping and receiving employee. He has spent more than 10 years working his way up in operations, taking on roles in dry goods procurement, production analysis, and protein procurement. Prior to his role as Director of Operations, Robert served as the Director of Compliance and led the HACCP and SQF programs. As the Director of Operations, he oversees the daily operations of our corporate headquarters and distribution centers in Dallas, Phoenix, and Orlando. In addition to his roles in operations, he manages cruise line accounts and assists in the planning of the company’s new operations facility. Robert is HACCP certified and a SQF Practitioner.
