Robin Sayegh

Director of Human Resources

Robin joined Meats by Linz in 2019 as a Human Resources Generalist and made an instant impact on the HR department. After taking a short time away from Meats by Linz to become an Operations Associate at McDonald’s corporate, she returned in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Robin oversees the HR department, developing strategies, ensuring compliance, managing our internal brand, creating company policies, and overseeing promotions, terminations, and retention. Her biggest focus is building out organizational training and development for the company. Prior to her time at Meats by Linz, Robin was Store Manager for McDonalds and oversaw all daily operations and managed a team of 70 associates. Robin is a graduate of Saint Xavier University and received her degree in Business Administration and Management. She is fluent in Spanish and Arabic.
