Zac Linz
Vice President of Operations
As our Vice President of Operations, Zac oversees the production, warehouse, logistics, compliance, and procurement teams. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Operations and worked his way through every department of the company. Zac joined Meats by Linz full-time in 2016 as the fourth generation to join the family business. During his time at the company, he has focused on building international business, streamlining operations, expanding into the e-commerce category, and perfecting the dry age program. Zac currently serves on the Southwest Michigan Caddy Foundation board as Secretary. He earned his business administration and management degree at Dominican University, where he played golf as a student-athlete. Zac studied Spanish in Panama and is fluent in the language.
